Helping Hands is a faith-based organization that bridges those in need of help to the community around them. Empowered by love, we seek to connect with those in need of love through real & interactive opportunities such as events, fundraisers & volunteering programs.

 

We hope to:

(1) Raise awareness of issues in our DMV community and beyond,
(2) Create opportunities to serve, help and provide relief,
(3) Provide for those in need in a personal & tangible way.

We see the needs of our community that may go unnoticed and untouched: shelters that hope for donations in food or goods, great causes that need financial support, and so much more.

We are inspired on a daily basis by love-filled individuals of all ages and ethnicities and their willingness to make a positive impact.

We hope to build lasting partnerships with organizations, ministries, and purpose-driven individuals in our community. Through events, fundraisers (sporting events, tournaments, music & arts shows, etc), we will raise awareness, spark the desire to help & love, and keep it going.

We envision a community that is bridged together with compassion and powered by love.

We work towards change that is very real & possible with the commitment ofordinary people encouraged and strengthened by those with the same mission.
